名頭最唬人的應(yīng)該是這兩個(gè)：

Chief Procurement Officer (CFO) 首席采購(gòu)官

前者很有意思，因?yàn)?Chief Financial Officer 的縮寫也是 CFO；后者來(lái)自某個(gè)品牌商，名頭很唬：“戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)執(zhí)行總監(jiān)”，也沒有打過(guò)深入的交道，只有過(guò)一兩封郵件的聯(lián)系。


這 50 多種形形色色的職位頭銜名稱，其實(shí)有很大一部分職位的工作主要負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)容和職責(zé)是有明顯交集的。有些名頭也是根據(jù)公司規(guī)模組織架構(gòu)，公司人事部門設(shè)定以及具體到部門人員對(duì)職位名稱的偏好來(lái)決定的。


比如，有些公司職位分得比較細(xì)，比如 Buyer 和 Planner 是分開的作為一個(gè)采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)的兩種不同職位，而有些公司則并不分得那么清楚，這一點(diǎn)從客戶署名的職位名稱 Buyer/Planner 寫在一起即可看出來(lái)。


有些公司的采購(gòu)梯隊(duì)是

Procurement Assistant -> Procurement Specialist -> Procurement Manager -> Procurement Director



有些則是

Assistant Buyer/Purchasing Assistant -> Buyer/Purchasing -> Senior Buyer/... -> Purchasing Manager/Director



有別于英語(yǔ)頭銜，由于我也開發(fā)很多西語(yǔ)市場(chǎng)客戶，所以以下西語(yǔ)客戶的頭銜也很常見：

  • Gerente General

  • Compras

  • Gerente de Compras

  • Gerente de Logística y Abastecimiento



還有一些別的頭銜的客人也參與到樣品和訂單到具體溝通細(xì)節(jié)中來(lái)過(guò)，比如：


  • Product Develop Manager

  • Product Management Manager

  • Operations Manager

  • Logistics Manager

  • Procurement Analyst



不同的行業(yè)又會(huì)牽涉出更多的人員，如一些機(jī)電行業(yè)則可能會(huì)有技術(shù)／工程／設(shè)計(jì)類人，如：


  • Technical Manager

  • Engineer

  • Design

  • Brand Planner



還有不少客戶，郵件簽名中里并不表露自己的職位，僅僅留下姓名，有時(shí)候最多注明個(gè)部門。這里面原因有很多種，有些明明是老板但就是低調(diào)得很不寫職位，也有些是性格使然或者自信，還有些是因?yàn)槁毼粚懥诉€不如不寫，比如 xxx assistant 之類，還有其他可能的原因，這里我們就不去探究了。


細(xì)數(shù)了這么多跟采購(gòu)相關(guān)的聯(lián)系人，大家各自的客戶都是什么各式各樣的頭銜呢？
