圣誕節(jié)來了，小伙伴們都在準(zhǔn)備著給客戶發(fā)祝福郵件了吧。祝福的心意是好的，但是也要措辭得當(dāng)發(fā)對人才行哦。因為其實歐美國家有很多的阿拉伯人和猶太人，他們是不過圣誕節(jié)的，特別是做生意精明的猶太人。所以，從宗教方面講只要是跟宗教相關(guān)的節(jié)日，如果不是很了解就不要特地去發(fā)這個節(jié)日的祝福。明智的做法是：發(fā)Happy new year，圣誕跟元旦，就差那幾天，但意義就不一樣了，全世界的人都會慶祝新年，但不是所有的人都過圣誕。

籠統(tǒng)點(diǎn)說，不信基督的都不過圣誕節(jié)，僅供參考：主要有阿拉伯國家沙特、阿聯(lián)酋、敘利亞、約旦、伊拉克、也門、巴勒斯坦、埃及、利比亞、阿爾及利亞、阿曼、蘇丹、索馬里、摩洛哥、突尼斯、卡塔爾、吉布提、黎巴嫩、毛里塔尼亞、巴林...等二十多個國家。

很多人會問“究竟是什么時候發(fā)郵件比較合適呢？”發(fā)早了，顯得沒有氣氛，發(fā)晚了，人家又忙著準(zhǔn)備過節(jié)沒有看，那該如何把握這個時間點(diǎn)？接近圣誕，新聞會提前關(guān)注各大歐美大型購物超市準(zhǔn)備迎接圣誕的時間（或者外國的電商和社交平臺等），這些商家會做活動，也會給自己的客戶制作各種有創(chuàng)意的廣告，你要關(guān)注節(jié)日氛圍適時發(fā)送郵件。

一般來說圣誕節(jié)一個星期前就有濃烈的圣誕氣氛，所以基本選擇在這個時候發(fā)，在這里你有要了解一下各個國家放假的準(zhǔn)確時間，大家可以參考一下。這里強(qiáng)調(diào)一下，郵件可以提前發(fā)，回復(fù)率比較高；而有加為社交好友的，你可以選擇當(dāng)天發(fā)。這個道理相信很容易懂，想想你自己除夕春節(jié)的祝福是什么情況的就知道了。

郵件的內(nèi)容很重要，當(dāng)然，標(biāo)題更加重要，有人會問，“寫公司名+產(chǎn)品名，可以嗎？”我認(rèn)為既然是圣誕祝福郵件，郵件標(biāo)題就以圣誕快樂為主，如果寫產(chǎn)品，未免顯得有點(diǎn)功利了。所以，最好題目就直接說是“Greeting from + 發(fā)件人名 (公司簡稱/國別)”，當(dāng)然也可以是和新年祝福一起組合，最好是有特點(diǎn)讓客戶知道你的誠意。
