現(xiàn)在有越來越多的知名品牌在亞馬遜上面開店,但是當(dāng)你辛辛苦苦的把產(chǎn)品上傳上去之后,很快就發(fā)現(xiàn)平臺上面一下子多了幾款跟你差不多的圖片。此時(shí)很多賣家會(huì)選擇在亞馬遜上面投訴,但是投訴的結(jié)果往往讓你失望:"抱歉,我們沒有辦法幫您刪除跟賣者的 Listings"!
下面分享一些投訴的小技巧,希望能夠真正幫到您維護(hù)您的權(quán)利。
1.需要投訴跟賣者時(shí),賣家要到 http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/contact-us 來跟亞馬遜 Seller Performance Team 來聯(lián)系!確保你選擇 " Report a violation of our rules "
2.你要提供 Test Buy 的 Order ID!確保說其他賣家銷售的商品為"假貨"或者是"仿冒品"?。ㄓ行┵u家要做 Test Buy 的時(shí)后,會(huì)被跟賣者發(fā)現(xiàn)你是中國賣家,然后他們就會(huì) Cancel Order,所以這邊要技巧一點(diǎn)?。┵I了跟賣者的商品后,要提出跟您的 Listings 不一樣的地方!比如說你賣的明明是皮卡丘:
但是你下了一個(gè)Order,收到的卻是:
(我想這應(yīng)該很明顯地不是你賣的)
收到這樣的皮卡丘,客戶是絕對會(huì)留差評的...這時(shí)候賣家就可以照片舉證,說這不是我銷售的,并且提供 Test Buy 的 Order ID!
3.為了要提升他們亞馬遜客服的效率!賣家要提供下列的資訊給他們
The ASIN/ISBN of the item's detail page and the product title
The store or business name of the seller you are reporting
Your order ID
A concise explanation of the violation
小建議:Report 的時(shí)后,最好提供您投訴賣家的 Seller ID,店鋪名稱可能會(huì)隨時(shí)變動(dòng),但是 Seller ID是不會(huì)變得,Seller ID如圖示,為 Seller = XXXXXXXX,那一串英數(shù)的 ID!
4.有一點(diǎn)非常重要,在投訴的文內(nèi),不要提到 "trademark" 或者 "copyright",不然會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)到亞馬遜的 Legal Department,接下來會(huì)無盡地等待...會(huì)拉長反應(yīng)的時(shí)間
5."不要留差評",在你 Test Buy 之后,不要留差評給他!您可能會(huì)讓這個(gè) Listing 惹上麻煩!
6.向您申訴的賣家,申請退貨!要求對方負(fù)擔(dān)運(yùn)費(fèi)以及全額退款,如果對方有異議,直接開 A-Z ,賣家都很忙的,沒時(shí)間跟他胡搞瞎搞!
