為便于進(jìn)出口貨物的收發(fā)貨人及其代理人正確申報商品歸類事項，減少商品歸類爭議，保證海關(guān)商品歸類的統(tǒng)一，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國海關(guān)進(jìn)出口貨物商品歸類管理規(guī)定》（海關(guān)總署令第158號公布，根據(jù)海關(guān)總署令第218號修訂）有關(guān)規(guī)定，海關(guān)總署制定了有關(guān)商品歸類決定（見附件1），現(xiàn)予以公布。
根據(jù)我國進(jìn)出口商品及國際貿(mào)易實際，將世界海關(guān)組織協(xié)調(diào)制度委員會的部分商品歸類意見轉(zhuǎn)化為商品歸類決定（見附件2）并予以公布。
因制定新的歸類決定而失效的部分商品歸類決定一并予以公布（見附件3）。
本公告自2020年10月1日起實施。有關(guān)商品歸類決定所依據(jù)的法律、行政法規(guī)以及其他相關(guān)規(guī)定發(fā)生變化的，商品歸類決定同時失效。
