單據(jù)的簽發(fā)日期應(yīng)符合邏輯性和國際慣例，通常提單日期是確定各單據(jù)日期的關(guān)鍵，匯票日期應(yīng)晚于提單、發(fā)票等其他單據(jù)，但不能晚于L/C的效期。
各單據(jù)日期關(guān)系如下：
1、發(fā)票日期應(yīng)在各單據(jù)日期之首；
2、提單日不能超過L/C規(guī)定的裝運(yùn)期也不得早于L/C的最早裝運(yùn)期；
3、保單的簽發(fā)日應(yīng)早于或等于提單日期（一般早于提單2天），不能早于發(fā)票；
4、箱單應(yīng)等于或遲于發(fā)票日期，但必須在提單日之前；
5、產(chǎn)地證不早于發(fā)票日期，不遲于提單日；
6、商檢證日期不晚于提單日期，但也不能過分提單日，尤其是鮮貨，容易變質(zhì)的商品；
7、受益人證明：等于或晚于提單日；
8、裝船通知：等于或晚于提單日后三天內(nèi)；
9、船公司證明：等于或早于提單日。
