外貿(mào)工作中遇到的最煩人問題莫過于客戶索賠了。很多時候業(yè)務(wù)員遇到這種情況都是丈二和尚摸不著頭腦,更別提有什么處理此類事件的好辦法了。
一、核實情況
遇到此類事件的第一時間是核實客戶反映的問題并收集好證據(jù),首先找客戶要到照片或者其他的相關(guān)資料并查明原因。
二、積極溝通
首先要寫郵件給客戶道歉,并表達自己的歉意還有如何處理好這件事情,也積極和工廠聯(lián)系,表現(xiàn)出努力和客戶溝通爭取降低賠款。
三、意外驚喜
經(jīng)常跟客戶溝通爭取為工廠減少賠償金額,如此厚重的禮物一定會讓工廠感動不已,在以后的合作中也會盡量配合你,這樣就不僅是供應(yīng)商的喜事了,也是外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員的好事。
四、質(zhì)量保證
在合作的時候要讓工廠簽訂質(zhì)量保證書,這樣可以增加工廠的責(zé)任心,避免出現(xiàn)貨物質(zhì)量不過關(guān)問題,也在以后處理類似問題,增加談判的籌碼和保證。
客戶索賠的事情確實很難處理,但是只要在交貨之前做好檢查及防范準(zhǔn)備就會減少索賠的幾率,就算索賠問題發(fā)生了也不要驚慌失措,而是冷靜地收集證據(jù),好好地與客戶及工廠溝通,妥善處理此類問題。
