亞馬遜退貨通常有三種情況：

1、在亞馬遜下了訂單但還未發(fā)貨，這個時候只需在網(wǎng)站取消訂單便可；

2、亞馬遜已經(jīng)發(fā)貨但貨還在美國境內(nèi)，這個時候需要退貨；

3、亞馬遜已經(jīng)發(fā)貨并且已經(jīng)你已經(jīng)在中國簽收了包裹，也需要退貨。

下面分情況講解

「1、下了單還未發(fā)貨」

Step 1：登陸個人賬號，點擊[ Order ] 進(jìn)入退貨界面

Step 2：選[Cancel Items ]

Step 3：選擇退貨理由,選客觀理由

Step 4：這樣就可以成功取消訂單啦

「2、下了單已經(jīng)發(fā)貨，貨還在美國」

當(dāng)貨還在美國時，前面的退貨程序跟取消訂單一樣，

Step 1：登陸賬號

Step 2：進(jìn)入Order頁面

后面的程序略有不同，詳細(xì)看下面：

Step 3：填寫退貨理由，這里要注意=，只有因為Amazon的原因?qū)е履阋素浀?，才能免寄回去的郵費，否則是需要你自己掏郵費的。

Step 4：選擇完理由后亞馬遜會給你[ Mailing Lable ]，這個非常重要你要把他保存下來，保存成PDF交給轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司。label有兩個，一個是退貨授權(quán)（authorization), 就是Amazon收到后用來識別你退貨的標(biāo)簽，再一個標(biāo)簽，就是貼在外面的快遞標(biāo)簽了，你可以用那個號去跟蹤。

Step 5：轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司給你退貨，并且貨發(fā)出后，就可以跟蹤了，可以在個人賬號的[ order ]里通過[ Track package ]來跟蹤退回的貨物。

Step 6：最后一步，當(dāng)亞馬遜收到你寄回的包裹，大約在1天內(nèi)亞馬遜就會給你郵箱發(fā)一封郵件，告訴你已收到！然后退款會在2-3個工作日處理完！大家記得check銀行就行了。

「3、下了單已經(jīng)發(fā)貨，并且你已經(jīng)收到貨」

這種情況比較棘手，一般非不得已建議不要退貨，因為退到美國運(yùn)費比較高，是運(yùn)過來的幾倍，還要承擔(dān)運(yùn)輸?shù)娘L(fēng)險。

目前國內(nèi)->國外沒有價格低廉且速度可接受的渠道，因此只適合價值比較高、重量較輕的產(chǎn)品。通常使用的快遞是UPS、FEDEX或EMS。
