現(xiàn)在買方市場下,競爭非常激烈,海外客戶一般都要求供應商免費提供樣品免費提供快遞費,這個事情非常普遍。
擔心自己不寄別的同行寄了就搶占先機了,不少公司就自己掏腰包給客戶寄了免費樣品,有的是讓老板掏腰包給客戶寄了樣品。
但寄了樣品之后,客戶回應完全跟要樣品之前有了180度的轉(zhuǎn)變,甚至消失了。不少人、不少公司因此感覺現(xiàn)在老外不付費都是騙樣品,就不敢寄樣了。
要知道,做生意都會遇到風險都會犯錯,每天坐在辦公室里,不動,不聯(lián)系客戶不會犯錯,只要聯(lián)系客戶,必定犯錯。
我們開公司的目的,不在于省下多少快遞費的問題,最終目的是能否接到訂單,有些客戶他不愿意出快遞費,但是他是個不錯的客戶,你不寄,一個訂單可能就錯過了。

第一次跟進
We hope you have received our samples. If you have any comments, we will be very grateful. By the way, please let me know your payment terms, is that ok?
希望你已經(jīng)收到我們的樣品,希望能進一步詳談,你能接受的付款方式是怎樣的?
第二次跟進
If you are approve of our samples, Maybe we can cooperate further. As for the time of delivery, please inform us of your schedule. Please confirm the order asap so that we can arrange the mass production.
如果你對我們的樣品還滿意的話,能否進行下一步討論,你對于交貨時間是怎樣計劃的。請盡快確認訂單這樣我們能及時安排大貨生產(chǎn)。
第三次跟進
Besides the samples, do you have any other things you centre on? I hope we can solve them by a friendly way.
除樣品外,你還有什么疑問的地方?希望我們能以友好的方式解決這些問題。

我想你們已經(jīng)收到我們的樣品了,質(zhì)量也應該沒有問題。這個產(chǎn)品在XXX的銷量非常不錯,附件附上一些出貨單據(jù)和客戶反饋供您參考,如果您對產(chǎn)品在你們市場還是有顧慮的話,我們可以接受小批量訂單用來在你們市場先測試。
不少人還沒跟進完這么幾次覺得是騙子就放棄了。
客戶收到樣品后消失的情況
1、沒有競爭對手樣品性價比好
2、樣品沒有達到客戶預期
3、等待公司討論結(jié)果或者他的客戶反饋
4、手里還沒有實單,收集樣品比較
5、同行客戶騙樣品去仿制
6、客戶擴充一樣樣品庫,也會在自己樣品間展示
...
客戶這個時間點收到樣品后沒有買,上述很多情況下對方是沒有辦法回復你的,因為他實際情況沒有單,他怎么回復你呢?
記住這句話,此人非彼人,此時非彼時,此事非彼事。
他上個星期不回復你,不代表這個星期他不回復你。
他一個月前沒有實單,不代表他現(xiàn)在沒有實單。
既然已經(jīng)聯(lián)系過這個客戶,分析過這個客戶,也在這個客戶身上花了錢,不妨跟進一個周期,一般產(chǎn)品按照季節(jié)性一年為一個周期,至少跟進一個周期以上。
